   These values were induced by basic theory of CCC and accumulated CCC data.

   This T/D number was obtained in actual achievement in device customer's plant in Japan using canti-lever probe of tip diameter 20μ and made of Iridium. Pad material was Aluminum.

 

3. CRes      < 0.5 Ω 

   Result of VPT Principle Confirmation Test, using Φ29μ Rhodium pin.

 

4. BCF : Balanced Contact Force
